At iProspect we’re looking for an SEO Specialist who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and content. In this role, you’ll optimize websites for search engines, uncover insights from analytics, and implement strategies that drive measurable growth. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools, experiment with automation, and stay ahead of evolving algorithms to deliver real impact. What you’ll do

• Develop and execute on-site SEO strategies, including technical SEO, content optimization, and internal linking.
• Analyze web analytics data and translate it into clear SEO insights and recommendations.
• Manage link-building campaigns: outreach, digital PR, HARO/Connectively, broken link and link reclamation.
• Work with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog.
• Implement automation and simple scripts (Python, Google Apps Script, Zapier) to streamline processes.
• Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and apply best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO is integrated into all digital initiatives.
• Prepare clear reports and dashboards (Looker Studio, Excel, Data Studio) and present results to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on SEO experience (professional or internship) with a solid understanding of core SEO principles.

• Basic knowledge of technical SEO and on-page optimization.

• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, or similar platforms.

• Ability to analyze basic performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.

• Foundational understanding of HTML/CSS and experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or similar).

• Some experience or strong interest in link-building activities: outreach, digital PR, HARO/Connectively, broken link building, and link reclamation.

• Awareness of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, hreflang, canonical tags, and robots.txt (not required to master them yet).

• Ability to create simple reports and dashboards using Looker Studio, Excel, or Data Studio.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

• A curious, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
