• Working collaboratively with stakeholders and end users to understand feature requirements and/or address support issues.
• Working together with the enablement team to create and update training materials for users/groups.
• Creating documentation, maintaining standardization and proactively seeking ways to continue improve currently existing processes.
• Own your deliverables from start to finish.
• Deliver high-quality solutions.
• ​​Participate in high-level technical decisions.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude.
• 1+ years of relevant experience as Salesforce Administrator.
• Past experience writing documentation and Importing/Updating/Exporting large datasets using Salesforce Data Loader.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
