To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking for a Junior Sales Support Specialist - Configuration and Quotation located in Bielsko-Biala, Poland.
What a typical day looks like:
- Prepare and maintain accurate quotations compliance with company pricing policies and approval guidelines.
- Review customer requirements and translate them into suitable product solutions
- Support the sales team with documentation, pricing tools, and approval processes
- Monitor and follow up on quotation status to ensure timely responses to customers
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics to confirm product availability and lead times
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Minimum: high school education (prefered technical)
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Communicative knowledge of English and Polish (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
