Position Duties:
The responsibilities of the position include:
- Drafting, submitting, and monitoring offers until their completion
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conducting market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Creating and presenting tailored sales proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the target market.
- Providing post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field, applied maths, computer science, physics etc
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Back Office Sales within a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and the sales process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required.
