Position Description
This Junior Sales position is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the marketing and sales efforts of our Equity Derivatives (EQD) products to clients in the EMEA region. As a Junior Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our Structured Note, Swap, and Certificate products. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining client relationships, providing market insights and trading ideas, and collaborating with various teams to enhance our client services.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Marketing EQD products to EMEA clients including Structured Note & Swap & certificates.
Preparing market colour and trading ideas to EQD clients.
Maintaining existing client base and helping senior sales of bringing in new clients.
Collecting feedbacks from clients on our pricings and products to improve EQD’s competitiveness.
Working very closely with trading/structuring/quant/prime service in improving our system for a better client service.
Taking care of complete cycle of trading process including onboarding, pre trade and post trade services.
Collaborating with sales from other product lines to cross sell.
Requirements
Degree holder in Finance, Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline(s).
Good communication skills.
Strong work ethic and motivation.
Ability to think fast and critically, solve various problems arising from trading, risk and operations.
Ability to work under pressure and collaborate in a team.
