We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales and Marketing Coordinator with a degree in Public Relations or Marketing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital marketing, a strong ability to drive sales through social media platforms, and excellent communication skills. This role demands a presentable and professional individual who is fluent in English and willing to work long hours, from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The candidate must also be capable of managing inventory in a high-end store and interacting confidently with high-level clients. 

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation:
   - Drive sales through effective social media strategies and campaigns. 
   - Engage with potential customers on various platforms to promote products/services. 
   - Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to increase sales and repeat business. 

Digital Marketing:
   - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness. 
   - Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and audience engagement. 
   - Analyze digital marketing metrics and generate reports to measure campaign success. 

Inventory Management:
   - Maintain accurate inventory records for a high-end store. 
   - Monitor stock levels, perform regular stock checks, and ensure inventory is well-organized. 
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage restocking and product placement effectively. 

High-Level Client Interaction:
   - Provide exceptional customer service to high-level clients, ensuring a luxury experience. 
   - Engage professionally and confidently with VIP customers, understanding their needs and preferences. 
   - Build trust and rapport with clients to encourage loyalty and long-term relationships. 

Marketing Support:
   - Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns. 
   - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth. 
   - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and activities. 
Other Duties:
   - Maintain a professional and presentable appearance during all interactions with clients and team members. 
   - Attend meetings and training sessions as required. 
   - Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. 


Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. 
- Proven knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms. 
- Strong social media management skills with the ability to create engaging content. 
- Ability to manage inventory in a high-end store setting. 
- Confidence and professionalism in interacting with high-level clients. 
- Presentable and professional demeanor. 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
- Ability to work long hours (11:00 AM to 10:00 PM). 
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Skills Required
