Junior Revenue Analyst

We are currently seeking a Junior Revenue Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle both collections and revenue-related responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid position granting flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.  

Responsibilities:  

Collections  

• Prepare, record, verify, analyze, and report accounts receivable transactions.  

• Resolve client billing issues and follow up on payment discrepancies efficiently.  

• Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable ledger accounts, financial statements, and reports.  

• Contact clients courteously to collect outstanding payments, maintaining professionalism at all times.  

• Accurately maintain records of collection activities and customer interactions.  

• Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and reconcile accounts.  

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding collections practices.  

Revenue  

• Issue invoices in accordance with contract terms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.  

• Handle credit and cancellation requests as needed.  

• Prepare and maintain various financial reports and journal entries for monthly closings.  

• Support ERP updates to ensure accurate and current client information.  

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a liaison between departments to address client inquiries and requirements.  

• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency across workflows.  

• Offer backup support to fellow team members and the Accounts Receivable Manager as required.  

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Min 1 year of experience in an Accounts Receivable role within an international organization, ideally with exposure to multiple currencies.  

• Familiarity with audit requirements and revenue recognition processes.  

• Strong problem-solving skills and an investigative mindset.  

• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.  

• Customer service-oriented with a strong ability to meet deadlines.  

• High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.  

• Fluency in English (required).  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.  

• Experience with High Radius or Fusion is an advantage.
