Junior Recruiter

Steadily is an insurance technology company that specializes in rental property insurance for landlords. We’re five years old, 200 people, we help insure over $20B in rental properties, and are intent on becoming the world’s best and largest insurer for landlords.

We exist to deliver fast, affordable insurance and to pay claims quickly and fairly. To do that, we hire the best engineers, actuaries, sales, and service people in the country to build the experience that we’d want if we were the client.

Steadily is hiring a full time Junior Recruiter to assist in filling some of our highest priority roles. We hire the best talent nationwide, and you will get to meet and potentially change the life of each and every candidate. Your hires will have a direct impact on the growth of the company.

What You'll Do

• You will be direct sourcing candidates for roles and uploading leads into our ATS.

• You will be assisting our Talent department with screening and scheduling.

• You will be posting and editing roles, alongside various other ATS admin tasks.

• In recruiting downtime you will assist other departments and collaborate where needed.

Your Background

• You are stellar. No prior recruiting experience is necessary but you aim to be the best at what you do. You value excellence and attention to detail.

• Communication: You have exceptional communication skills.

• Culture Advocate: You love Steadily’s culture and you understand the role of the talent department in supporting Steadily’s culture of excellence. 

• Digital: Your tech savvy is exceptional. You are a super user when it comes to computers, software, and technology … What’s more, you’re fast and efficient. 

• Judgment: You have been exposed to lots of sensitive information in prior roles and you’ve proven that you can maintain confidentiality in the workplace. 

• Organized: You are highly organized. Even in a fast paced environment with lots of moving parts.

Compensation and Benefits

• $65,000 base

• Equity in the company

• 3 weeks PTO plus six federal holidays

• Health insurance including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, HSA, FSA 

• 401K
