We're seeking a dynamic Junior Recruiter to join our team! Our environment is fun, high-energy, warm, and encouraging, with full training provided for this role. There's ample room for growth and development!

What You'll Do:

  • Full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
  • As a member of our leadership team, you'll contribute to maintaining a dynamic, healthy, and productive culture that fosters retention and team fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM with accuracy.
  • Drive to succeed and passion for uplifting others.
  • Reliable transportation.

Here’s the Scoop:

  • $50,000 base + Interview Bonus + Training Bonus + Retention Bonus = $61,600 - $78,400 (outlined below)

We are offering a competitive base salary of $50,000 per year for the Junior Recruiter position. In addition to the base salary, you'll earn $25 for each candidate who progresses to an in-person interview after your initial phone screen and a subsequent phone interview with our VP of Sales. You'll also receive $100 for every candidate who completes our two-week training program and an additional $500 for each candidate who remains with the company for at least six months. This means your total annual earnings could range from $61,600 to $78,400, depending on your performance and retention rates. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our sales team by sourcing and screening potential candidates, contributing significantly to our company's growth.
