The Fundraising Specialist is responsible for consultative sales presentations to schools and non-profits, guiding volunteers through the fundraising process, and building lasting relationships to support children’s causes.

Source, screen, and interview candidates for internal roles, administer pre-employment testing, manage applicant tracking in VanillaSoft, conduct orientations and onboarding, coordinate job observations and working interviews, and provide general HR support to create an excellent employee experience.

The Inside Sales Representative will engage with schools and non-profits, providing consultative presentations and guiding fundraising efforts with a focus on relationship building and positivity.
