We are looking for a "Junior QA Engineer" for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing team. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer who is eager to start their journey in software testing and quality assurance.

What Makes You Special
- You are a recent graduate or early-career talent in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- You have a basic understanding of software testing concepts (manual or automated).
- You are familiar with at least one programming language (preferably Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- You’ve heard of or maybe tried testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Postman, and want to learn more.
- You’re curious about test automation, and you’re excited to develop your skills with guidance from experienced mentors.
- You have a growth mindset, enjoy learning from feedback, and love solving problems.
- You’re interested in working in an Agile/Scrum environment and contributing to real projects.
- Bonus: You already experiment with AI-powered tools (like Cursor, Windsurf, or Copilot) and want to see how AI can make testing smarter.
What Will You Do
As a Junior QA Engineer, you’ll gain hands-on experience in every step of the software testing lifecycle and grow your technical skills through mentorship and real project exposure.
- You’ll learn and apply manual and automated testing techniques in web and mobile applications, write test cases, execute tests, and report bugs in collaboration with developers.
- You’ll explore test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright, assist in API testing using Postman, and gradually learn how to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).
- You’ll also take part in Agile ceremonies, contribute to discussions about improving quality, and stay curious about new testing tools and AI-assisted QA approaches.
- You’ll be part of a young, dynamic, and tech-driven company where innovation is part of everyday life.
You’ll work closely with experienced QA Engineers, gaining the chance to experiment with automation, AI tools, and modern QA practices from day one and grow in a culture that values learning, creativity, and curiosity.
