Overview of the role

We are looking for a Junior QA to join our Games Onboarding and Delivery (Flutter Studios Technology) team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission aligned.
What you’ll do:

The Junior QA will play a pivotal role in testing integrated casino games designed, developed and delivered by Game Studios located around the world to ensure games release free of bugs on various platforms (such as Windows, MAC, mobile Android and iOS) and to different markets.
Reporting directly to the Team Lead Games Onboarding & Delivery, the Junior Quality Assurance Analyst will:

• Analyse casino games rules in order to identify different game scenarios and game play flows

• Design test case scenarios based on the game rules, technical and business requirements documentation

• Execute the agreed set of test cases and document testing results

• Identify defects, minimize steps to replicate bugs and log concise, accurate details into a defect tracking tool

• Retest fixed issues to assure bug is verified as fixed

• Work closely with game Vendors’ development and QA teams to reproduce, prioritize and monitor defects

• Work in collaboration and coordination with business and QA Onboarding teams in Sofia and Dublin

• Balance multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision while working in a fast paced environment

• Provide test status updates to QA Team Lead and Stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven software testing experience

• Experienced with Web Applications testing, and cross-browser testing on Windows 7/8/10 OS, MAC and mobile devices

• Experienced with mobile applications testing on iOS and Android platforms

• Experienced with desktop applications on WIN and MAC

• Basic knowledge and understanding of SQL queries

• Online gaming knowledge and experience

• Knowledge of testing methodologies and familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle

• Able to find the steps that will reproduce the defect and write clearly and accurately by using bug tracking software (JIRA)

• Strong communication skills (including effective communication with remote teams)

• Team player and able to work independent on assigned task

• Excellent planning and time organizing

• Superb attention to detail

• Tolerance to repetitive and tedious tasks

• Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and communications

• Familiarity with web debugging tools and technologies (Fiddler, Charles, etc.)

• Passionate about games
