Job descriptionThe team
Are you looking for a place where a young team combines with extensive experience? Join our dynamic accounting department, which supports six European locations in the full cycle of accounting activities, processing transactions with Oracle system. Our work is characterized by reliability and attention to every detail. Time efficiency is our priority!
On a daily basis, we handle all types of invoices and bank statements. In addition, our responsibilities include a wide range of tax issues, monthly and annual reconciliations, as well as preparing data for audits and financial statements.

The role
In this role you will be responsible for entering documents into the accounting system. You will process formal and accounting validation of documents necessary for the accounting process; you will verify various documents from accounting, payment and tax view as well as monitor bank transfers, monthly closing and reconciliation of balances. You will contribute to automation of accounting processes, prepare information and statements in the area of accounting as well as data for internal and external audits.
What you'll bring
- Administration, accounting or economics degree.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in shared service organization.
- Knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations.
- Ability to handle accounting processes for various European countries within the Shared Services Center (SSC).
- Very good English language skills.
- Willingness to taking initiative.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Both teamwork and individual work skills.
- Knowledge of Oracle system would be an advantage.
