The role

Are you passionate about structure, precision, and making things run smoothly? We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to support our Finance & Controlling team in Belgrade. This is your opportunity to play a key role in the backbone of our business operations. In this role, you’ll be an essential link between our project teams, business controllers, and leadership. Your contributions will help ensure that everything from project setup to invoicing runs like clockwork.

How you’ll make impact

  • Maintain and manage our customer and project master data with care and accuracy.

  • Oversee the administrative side of customer projects in our ERP system – from opening projects and monitoring budgets to handling invoicing and closing.

  • Collaborate closely with business controllers, project managers, and leaders across the company.

  • Ensure that time recording is correctly completed by all employees.

  • You’ve completed a commercial education and ideally bring experience from a similar administrative or financial role.

  • You have a keen eye for detail and a strong head for numbers.

  • You communicate fluently in German (spoken and written) and have a good command of English.

Skills Required

  • Completed commercial education
  • Experience in a similar administrative or financial role
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using an ERP system (project setup, invoicing, budgeting)
  • Fluent spoken and written German
  • Good command of English
  • Team player with proactive, solution-focused mindset
