What You Will Do:

    The Junior Project Manager works hand in hand with the Project Managers to assist in the

    management of multiple projects.

    Key responsibilities

  • SaaS Delivery for new enablement project and  for projects in Customer Delivery Group
  • Planning, managing and delivering small to medium to sized projects that are technically or organisationally complex and carry a medium degree of risk from initiation into service.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered in line with their best practice methodology (managing risk, governance quality gateways, issue resolution and reporting).
  • Supervise the work of project resource and delegate work to external contractors / suppliers / consultants, where needed, to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Strong financial focus on delivering work following a defined set of deliverables.
  • Identifying and managing issue resolution. 
  • Regular status reporting and 360 degree communication with project stakeholders, closure reporting and handover to the Customer Support team.
  • Creating / Managing change requests identified during project deliveries.
  • Support the Development and Sales team with responses concerning Project
  • Delivery and Management.

  • Work effectively by collaborating with all areas of the Sycurio team.
  • A professional representation of Sycurio always (internally and externally).

    Knowledge and skills

  • Good customer-facing communication skills
  • A good technical knowledge of SaaS delivery, both with enablement and consulting engagements
  • Ability to create quality documentation to support the role where appropriate
  • Demonstrable cost/benefit analysis and project estimating skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team and individually
  • Good working and practical knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite of tools, Sharepoint, Netsuite, and Jira.
  • Additional requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in working as a project coordinator/project support/junior project manager
  • Example of 5+ projects delivered to time, cost and quality
