Job DescriptionWhat you will do:
- Develop, monitor, update, communicate, and implement plans for business unit projects.
- Execute project management processes, including scope definition, scheduling, resource and material planning, risk management, cost and budget control, and quality assurance.
- Act as a liaison between clients, technical teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects and related tasks end-to-end, with allocation based on experience and complexity.
- Follow established governance frameworks, best practices, and industry standards.
- Monitor and report project progress, preparing presentations for senior management.
- Keep project documentation and tools updated throughout the lifecycle, including input for portfolio reviews and maintaining project data in relevant systems.
- Manage project closure activities and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
What you will bring:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Project Support Officer, Project Coordinator, or entry-level Project Manager role.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with computer systems, processes, and common desktop applications.
- Understanding of business operations and products.
- Awareness of relevant legislation and regulations impacting the industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
