• Lead and drive software development projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Establish priority and business needs, schedule all necessary tasks and monitor their execution on time, within budget and with excellent quality.
• Support delivery team in overcoming impediments.

Components for success. You...

• Understand the SDLC and various project management methodologies and frameworks – Agile and otherwise.
• Have practical experience leading various size Software development projects is a big advantage.
• Are well-organized, self-motivated, and proactive in driving projects forward.
• Demonstrate a strong drive to improve processes and environments rather than conforming to the status quo.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and ensuring successful delivery.
• Experience with different resource and effort management tools (MS Project, Portfolio for JIRA, Monday.com, etc.).
• Working with online or land-based gaming.
