As a Junior Project Manager you’ll be responsible for the successful implementation of our lighting system projects. This means managing a large rollout for one single customer or managing several smaller scopes for multiple customers, being accountable for the entire chain of execution.

What you’ll do

Actively participate in the start-up phase of the rollout/projects; establishing strategy, generating re-usable templates, setting up rollout schedule and responsibility matrix and making agreements with the rest of the team on the way of working.

Manage your assigned deliverables on day-to-day basis following the agreed deployment strategy; this may include issuing quotes to customers, setting up project structure and all SAP-related work, closely manage supply orders until delivery, scheduling, commissioning, invoicing and close out; all the while actively communicating with sales, finance, wider supply chain organization and other partners in the market.

Connect effectively with all internal and external stakeholders – full focus on customer centricity and close collaboration with our external partners.

Be fully responsible for reporting, change and cost management of assigned scopes, ensuring adherence to agreed processes.

Pro-actively come up with improvements in our processes and way of working, sharing best practices and embrace continuous (LEAN) improvement culture
Your qualifications
-
You have a degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management or similar, with 1-2 years’ experience in customer management, project management and/or order management

You are excited about developing your career in a multi-faceted role in an international environment, and are interested in project management and customer interaction, with technical curiosity.

You are a resilient problem-solver who takes full ownership to make things happen and follows through to the end.

You are fully aligned and feel identified with our company values.

You are an excellent communicator, change manager and collaborator.

You are fluent in English and Polish. Any other EU language is a very strong advantage.
