Junior Project Manager (m/f/d)

To support our mission, we are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of software implementation projects particularly assisting with the planning, execution, and coordination of project activities. This role provides an opportunity to learn project management in a dynamic environment and this entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset. You’ll work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to help coordinate tasks, track progress, and ensure smooth execution of projects.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation
• Coordinate team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Track project progress and update internal tools and reports
• Manage communications between stakeholders, team members, and external partners
• Support risk and issue tracking and escalate when needed
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the project management team

• Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Easy to work with
• Sense of urgency
• Entry-level experience in a coordination, organization, or support role (project internships welcome)
• Basic understanding of project management principles (Agile or Waterfall methodologies)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a project management career path
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory; any other languages like German are a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
