About the Role:Coordinate projects including tenant improvements, capital works, and site repairs
Review requisitions, change orders, payment applications, and invoices for accuracy and approval
Support site staff in identifying requirements, estimating costs, preparing schedules, and ensuring completion
Assist with consultant and contractor selection, contracting, and oversight for assigned projects
Prepare evaluations, audit reports, and issue regular status updates on project progress
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in architecture, construction, or project management (preferred)
Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with client focus orientation
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support multiple projects simultaneously
