About the Role:
  • Coordinate projects including tenant improvements, capital works, and site repairs

  • Review requisitions, change orders, payment applications, and invoices for accuracy and approval

  • Support site staff in identifying requirements, estimating costs, preparing schedules, and ensuring completion

  • Assist with consultant and contractor selection, contracting, and oversight for assigned projects

  • Prepare evaluations, audit reports, and issue regular status updates on project progress

About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in architecture, construction, or project management (preferred)

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills

  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with client focus orientation

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support multiple projects simultaneously
