About NetLine

With over 30 years of experience, we provide high-quality lead generation solutions to businesses across all industries.  

Role Overview

As a Junior Product Manager at NetLine, you will play a key role in supporting the development and enhancement of our B2B lead generation products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and client services, to ensure our products meet market needs and deliver exceptional value to customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of product management experience to grow their career while navigating rapid change amid a business combination and significant industry shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Create product documentation and marketing collateral, effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to align on product goals and priorities.

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the B2B MarTech industry.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
  • Passion for bringing creativity and humanity to technology and innovation—making B2B marketing anything but boring!
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with B2B marketing technology platforms.
  • Knowledge of demand generation, lead nurturing, or account-based marketing strategies. 
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and design thinking.

The salary range for this role is $70K-$100K/YR based on experience.
