We are now looking for a curious and motivated Junior Product Developer to join our Women Accessories team at H&M, with a specific focus on Soft Accessories such as hats, scarves, gloves and related categories. WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Junior Product Developer within Soft Accessories, you will play an important role in the dynamic and multifaceted process of developing products for collections sold across all our markets worldwide.
Together with a close and collaborative accessories team, you will support the development of a relevant and attractive soft accessories assortment, based on upcoming trends, customer needs and commercial insights. Your main responsibility will be to support the Product Developer in shaping the assortment and creating products that are aligned with our strategy, targets and customer expectations.
You will work closely with a Product Manager, Designers, Planners and other key functions throughout the development process. Acting as an important link between teams, you will help drive the process forward and ensure smooth coordination from initial idea to final product.
In this role, you will be involved in the daily operational work, managing several parallel tasks. This includes sample handling, follow ups and supporting the development of soft accessories that are beautifully made, commercially strong and relevant for the womenswear customer.
