  • Supplier Market Intelligence: Conduct proactive market research and benchmarking studies to stay ahead of industry trends, capacity constraints, fuel surcharges, and macroeconomic shifts impacting supply chain categories.

  • Negotiation Preparation: Assist Category Managers in preparing negotiation strategies by compiling historical spend data, performance metrics, and market price baselines.

  • Contracting Support: Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to assist in the drafting, reviewing, and execution of supplier agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).

  • Supplier Onboarding & Qualification: Shepherd newly sourced vendors through the internal onboarding, risk assessment, and compliance approval processes.

  • Internal Stakeholder Management: Engage with key internal clients within the Supply Chain area, build strong relationship and support their business and procurement needs
  • Finance Integration: Work with Financial Planning & Analysis to support budget processes (including savings execution) and with Accounts Payable to support correct invoice processing
