The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining semiconductor manufacturing processes to ensure stable production, high yield, and high-quality products. This role works closely with manufacturing, equipment, and engineering teams to support process improvement and technology deployment.
Responsibilities- Develop, optimize, and maintain semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Support process integration, yield improvement, and defect reduction activities
- Plan, execute, and analyze DOE and engineering runs
- Monitor inline data and identify process issues and root causes
- Collaborate with equipment, device, and manufacturing teams for process improvements
- Support process transfer, qualification, and production ramp-up activities
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Materials, Chemical, or related fields)
- Experience in semiconductor process engineering or manufacturing environment preferred
- Understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and basic device physics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Good communication skills in English
