The Junior Process Analyst is responsible for evaluating, designing, and improving IT processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support business objectives. This role involves analyzing current workflows, identifying process gaps, implementing best practices, and ensuring alignment with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
Note: This is a Night Shift position. The analyst collaborates with IT teams and business stakeholders to drive automation, optimize service delivery, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Workflow Analysis: Evaluate and analyze current IT workflows to identify inefficiencies and process gaps.
Process Design: Design and implement improved processes using ITSM frameworks and best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholders to drive automation and optimize service delivery.
Compliance: Ensure all processes align with industry standards and internal company compliance requirements.
Reporting: Utilize data analysis tools to create reports on process efficiency and areas for improvement.

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
Experience: 0-1 years of experience in Process Analysis, preferably within the IT industry.
Frameworks: Foundational knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
Modeling Tools: Experience with process modeling tools such as Visio or BPMN.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in reporting tools, specifically Microsoft Excel.
Project Management: Basic experience or understanding of project management principles.
Cloud Awareness: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
