Right now, we are looking for (Junior) Pricing Specialist.

Contract for 18 months.

Ecolab is seeking a (Junior) Pricing Specialist who will be responsible for daily administration of commercial finance processes and support to division finance (Pricing). Additionally, the specialist provides support to daily operations by performing analysis and reporting in the commercial finance processes.

What Will You Do:

  • Deliver exceptional service in Pricing related areas
  • Process all necessary administration and documentation in the area of responsibility, including SOP/controls documentation
  • Meet or exceed monthly SLAs requirements
  • Demonstrate urgency to resolve issues, escalate them when needed
  • Solve ad-hoc issues and escalate work order discrepancies
  • Suggest procedural changes to improve productivity
  • Test system when needed
  • Support external units' projects when needed

What Will You Need:

  • Good command of English (additional European language will be an asset)
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in finance, accounting, business or a related area or equivalent professional experience
  • Details and quality orientation
  • Previous analytical experience with analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong PC skills, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and cooperation skills
