The Swiss Pension Asset Management team manages the investments of Roche‘s Swiss pension fund. To strengthen the team in Basel, we are looking to fill the new position of:
Junior Portfolio Manager Private Markets
Your main responsibilities include:
- Support in Manager Selection and Due Diligence processes
- Conduct Investment Analysis
- Manage Capital Flows and optimize fund liquidity
- Assist in the overall Asset Management strategy
- Contribute to Reporting and performance reviews
- Manage and organize Investment Data for decision-making
Who you are
- A university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Economics, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in Banking, Asset Management or Treasury
- You hold or are working towards industry certifications such as CFA, AZEK, or CAIA
- You have a strong interest in Asset Management and the investment landscape
- Strong analytical and digital skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
