We are seeking a Junior PMO Consultant to join our dynamic team in Germany. As a Junior PMO Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Project Management Office (PMO) in delivering successful projects across the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to grow their career in project management.

• Support in consulting projects, project planning, implementation and monitoring.
• Work with project managers and support them in developing high-quality strategies and solutions.
• Preparation of reports, presentations and documentation in a regulated environment.
• Participation in customer meetings, workshops and decision-making processes.
• Record and define requirements and analyse business processes.
• Continuous expansion of your knowledge and skills in consulting

• University degree, preferably in business or economics or in a technical/IT science
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German is a nice to have.
• Good technical knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• The ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ambition to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Proactive mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
• Great willingness to travel
