Junior People Operations Manager

As a Junior People Operations Manager, you will ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient HR operations across multiple European markets while supporting the employee experience at PERGOLUX. You’ll coordinate international payroll processes, maintain accurate HR data, and contribute to people operations that strengthen our growing organization. • Manage and prepare payroll data for multiple countries while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate with payroll providers and tax advisors to align with labor and tax regulations.

• Maintain employee master data, HR documentation, and reporting across systems.

• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee inquiries related to payroll and HR processes.

• Identify and implement improvements to streamline payroll and people-operations workflows.

• Completed education in HR Management or a related field, ideally with a payroll focus.

• 2–3 years of People Ops experience.

• Understanding of German payroll regulations and willingness to learn additional markets.

• Excellent communication skills in English and German, with strong analytical and numerical ability.

• High integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive, structured approach to continuous improvement.
