We are seeking a passionate and driven Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team in Milan. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across various channels, with a focus on search and social. Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and management of PPC (Search and Social) campaigns for our clients.
- Support the team in achieving client objectives across the marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion).
- Assist in keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting.
- Learn and utilize tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and SA360.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.
Knowledge and Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing role, with some exposure to Paid Media (internships or agency experience are a plus).
- University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Understanding of digital Marketing principles and paid media channels
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
