About the role

Are you familiar with the concept of an evolving accounting team?

As the team naturally progresses, taking on a more strategic role and undergoing a transformative journey across various accounting domains, you'll have the opportunity to engage in practical business forecasting, implement ideas in ongoing projects, refine systems, contribute to the team's pursuit of excellence, manage accruals, handle processes in a fast-paced environment, and provide global value. All of this comes with a high degree of autonomy, encouraging innovative thinking beyond designated responsibilities.

What you’ll do:

• Review and process company expenses, including employee expense reports and vendor invoices, ensuring they are accurate and follow company guidelines
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices quickly
• Handle bank transactions
• Work with team members and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide helpful solutions
• Communicate with vendors and respond to their inquiries promptly
• Assist with month-end tasks, such as monitoring expenses and analyzing differences
• Provide documents and information needed for audits.
  

You'll be an excellent fit for this role if you possess:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) or Master in Accounting/Finance
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Accounts payable or general accounting experience in a current or relevant position will be considered as advantage
• Strong analytical skills
• Goal-oriented with the ability to remain focused and effective amidst challenges
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, dedication, and a willingness to learn
• Possesses a conscientious and proactive work ethic
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
