- Review documents for carrier companies, that onboard our platform
- Review expired documents for carrier companies, already onboarded in out platform
- Evaluate and block / deblock carrier companies, temporarily or permanently, after deciding with the Operational department
- Verify newly onboarded carrier companies for Sanctions, using an internal tool
- Update different carrier company profile data, according to the operational request ( bank details, phone no, email, contacts, paying entity)
- Check list of possible fraudulent carriers, when onboarding / reviewing already onboarded carriers
- Check for country specific requirements (for Polish, Italian, French, Spanish companies - different mandatory documents)
- Verify carrier companies through the European sanctions tool - public national registry (for Russian Belarussian ownership)
- Maintain close contact with OPS to clear out any discrepancies when it comes to the enrollment of the carrier, when it comes to country, type of activity (domestic/international), paying entity
- Strong doer mindset with a proactive approach to getting things done
