The Junior Operations Manager – Hong Kong supports the daily operations of the Hong Kong market and contributes to the continuous improvement of operational processes. 香港初級營運經理負責支援香港市場的日常營運,並持續推動營運流程改善。
The role focuses on last-mile delivery, warehouse coordination, inventory monitoring, supplier management, cost control, operational reporting, exception handling, and process optimization. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth daily operations and a high level of customer service. 此職位主要涵蓋最後一公里配送、倉庫協調、庫存監控、供應商管理、成本控制、營運報告、異常處理及流程優化。你將與內部團隊及外部合作夥伴密切合作,確保日常營運順暢及維持良好的客戶服務水平。
What You'll Do
- Support daily operations for the Hong Kong market, with a primary focus on last-mile delivery, warehouse coordination, and order fulfilment. 支援香港市場的日常營運,重點關注最後一公里配送、倉庫協調及訂單履行。
- Support selected APAC operational tasks as required, mainly related to the Taiwan market. 按需要支援部分 APAC 營運工作,主要涉及台灣市場相關任務。
- Serve as a key operational contact for suppliers, warehouse providers, and logistics partners. 作為供應商、倉庫服務商及物流合作夥伴的主要營運聯絡人。
- Monitor inventory availability, proactively flag potential stock risks, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. 監控庫存可用情況,主動識別潛在庫存風險,並與相關團隊協調跟進。

Who We're Looking For
- You have a bachelor's degree or an equivalent educational background. 你具備學士學位或同等學歷。
- You have 1–3 years of working experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or a related field. 你具備 1–3 年營運、物流、供應鏈、電子商務或相關領域的工作經驗。
- You can communicate fluently in Mandarin and English. Cantonese is a plus. 你能以普通話及英語流利溝通。懂粵語者優先。
- You are proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to identify issues and drive follow-up actions. 你積極主動、注重細節,具備責任感,能識別問題並推動後續行動。
- You are comfortable working with operational data, cost breakdowns, and numerical reports. 你能熟練處理營運數據、成本明細及數字報告。
- You are able to organize complex tasks, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. 你能有效組織複雜任務、調查差異,並與不同持份者協調。
- You have strong MS Office skills, especially Excel. 你熟練使用 MS Office,尤其是 Excel。
- Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, e-commerce operations, or last-mile delivery is preferred. 具備物流、倉庫營運、電子商務營運或最後一公里配送經驗者優先。
