Your Mission
As a Junior Generalist, you will support global operations, assist with administrative and financial tasks, and ensure consistent coordination across time zones. You will gain hands-on experience in high-level project support and develop your professional skills in an international, fast-paced environment.
Tasks
* Support data entry and updates across CRM and financial trackers.
* Manage and archive invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
* Assist in event preparation and sponsorship research.
* Coordinate calendar invitations and meeting summaries.
* Execute daily task handovers through Slack.
* Collaborate with senior generalists and specialists for ongoing projects.
Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in administration, coordination, or virtual assistance.
* Good written and spoken English (B2 minimum); C1 is a plus.
* Comfortable using Google Workspace and Slack.
* Reliable, proactive, and highly organized.
* Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a global structure.
