About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Analyst to support the Institutional Sales team. This role combines operational execution with reporting and process improvement, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both structured workflows and data-driven problem solving.
You will handle client account requests, reporting, and data integrity checks, while also building Salesforce reports, Tableau dashboards, and process automations that improve efficiency. Working closely with the Senior Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth client support and scaling operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Execution
- Process client account requests (account setup, withdrawal limits, fee adjustments, audits) within SLA.
- Conduct regular Salesforce data integrity checks to ensure consistency across systems.
- Maintain trackers and operational records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and distribute recurring institutional reports (e.g., Daily MM Report, client activity summaries).
- Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports/dashboards to track client trading performance.
- Support Tableau dashboard development for client activity and key operational metrics.
- Monitor and analyze client trading volumes, rankings, and account performance.
- Deliver ad-hoc reporting and insights to sales and account managers.
- Process Improvement & Automation
- Maintain and optimize Slack workflows and other automation tools used by the team.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions for automation and streamlining.
- Document updated processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Collaboration
- Partner with account managers, compliance, data, and finance teams to resolve operational requests.
- Support the Senior Operations Manager on strategic projects and high-priority initiatives.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for operational inquiries within the sales team.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or sales support (fintech/finance background preferred).
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce reporting required.
- Familiarity with Tableau (or other BI tools) strongly preferred.
- Interest or experience with workflow automation (Slack workflows, macros, scripts).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
