The Role
InvestorFlow is the only company of its kind to deliver industry specialized CRM, built on Salesforce, and digital portals to help alternative asset firms find opportunities, create and manage relationships, and turn relationship insights into action with increased productivity and transparency.

The Junior Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of InvestorFlow’s Global Services team. This is a hands-on position that offers exposure to key business functions across Delivery, Sales, and Finance – while helping ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.  You’ll help maintain our core metrics, manage system workflows, and support cross-team collaboration. As the team scales, you’ll also contribute to the execution of strategic process changes and play a key part in building the infrastructure that supports a growing, world-class delivery organization.

You Will:

  • Prepare and maintain our KPI reports and dashboards – your work supports critical leadership decisions 
  • Play an active role in scaling our practice by helping build the systems, processes, and visibility needed to support growth 
  • Oversee time-tracking integrity across tools and proactively identify gaps or inconsistencies 
  • Manage operational setup in our systems for new projects, resources, rates, and billing structures 
  • Drive onboarding logics for new hires – ensuring planners, tools, and documentation are ready from Day 1 
  • Respond to real-time requests for data and insights, such as utilization reports or burn summaries 
  • Maintain and refresh recurring internal reports to track critical burn and delivery trends 
  • Coordinate invoice readiness for each cycle, including routine internal approvals 
  • Support the execution and rollout of new processes and strategic operational changes 
  • Collaborate across departments (e.g. Sales, Finance, Client Success) to ensure aligned, high-quality information is shared for proposals, billing, and reporting 

You Have:

  • 1-2 years in operations, delivery, or data support roles 
  • Strong attention to detail and high comfort level with spreadsheets and dashboards 
  • Able to juggle real-time requests and adapt to shifting priorities 
  • Good written communication and comfortable with cross-functional coordination 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or professional services tools (e.g. PSA or Project Management applications) is a plus
