YOUR MISSION

You'll play a key role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our courier operations across Italy. THE JOURNEY

You'll play a key role in managing courier operations in one of the Italian macro-regions. Reporting to the Operations Manager you’ll work at the intersection of data analysis, process improvement, and courier experience, building the processes and insights that keep our platform optimal for couriers, users and partners.

  • 🚀 Process Optimization: Partner with the Operations Manager to implement improvements that streamline operations and enhance the Glover experience.
  • 📊 Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and create insightful reports that track operational health and provide visibility into performance.
  • 🛠️ Operational Excellence: Plan and execute initiatives that improve KPIs and optimize operations to deliver a better experience for Glovers and stakeholders.

  • 🤝 Point of Contact for Glovers: Be the go-to person for Glovers, supporting them with issues related to app functionality, payment inquiries, and compliance.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • A strong academic background in a quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar).
  • At least 1 years of experience in high-demand roles (consulting, ops, tech, finance, investment banking, etc.).
  • Proactive, autonomous, and driven — you don’t wait for instructions, you make things happen.
  • Passionate about problem-solving and data — digging into root causes is your thing.
  • You’re empathetic, inclusive, and hands-on: you understand both systems and people.
  • Advanced Excel and SQL skills, and confident working with data sets to extract insights and build reports.
  • Full professional proficiency in Italian and English.

Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas. Even if it seems you don't meet our musts don't let it stop you, we are all about finding the best talent out there! Skills can be learned, and embracing diversity is invaluable.

We believe driven talent deserves:

  • 💪 Top-notch private health insurance to keep you at your peak.
  • 🍔 Monthly Glovo credit to satisfy your cravings!
  • 🏖️ Extra time off, the freedom to work from home two days a week, and the opportunity to work from anywhere for up to three weeks a year!
  • 👪 Enhanced parental leave, and office-based nursery.
