Incredible Safety is recruiting two
(2) Junior Offshore HSE Advisors for deployment with a leading upstream oil
& gas operator in Trinidad.
This is an opportunity for an
early-career HSE professional with offshore certification and hands-on
operational exposure to strengthen their experience within a structured
offshore environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of offshore
HSE Management Systems
- Conduct inspections, audits and
compliance monitoring
- Participate in JSAs, toolbox talks
and Permit to Work reviews
- Assist with incident
investigations and corrective actions
- Support emergency drills and
response preparedness
- Promote safe work practices across
all operations
Requirements
- NEBOSH International General
Certificate (required)
- 1–3 years HSE experience in oil
& gas, marine or heavy industry
- Valid BOSIET / FOET / HUET
- Valid Offshore Medical
- Strong knowledge of risk
assessment and PTW systems
- Excellent communication and report
writing skills
- Offshore exposure is strongly
preferred
Rotation:
- 14 days on / 14 days off
Qualified candidates based in
Trinidad and Tobago are encouraged to apply.
