What you'll do
- Deliver tailored solutions to client business challenges by leveraging ZAIDYN platform capabilities, reusable assets, and best practices.
- Support end-to-end project execution, helping ensure client expectations are met or exceeded throughout all phases of delivery, including requirements analysis, configuration, development, testing, and deployment support.
- Apply a consulting mindset to understand client needs and contribute ideas that improve solution outcomes and overall client value.
- Support project leads in managing key milestones, deliverables, and client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
- Apply Agile delivery methodologies and engineering best practices to ensure solutions are delivered on time and aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, QA teams, and client stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
- Develop and integrate APIs, scripts, and lightweight custom extensions using Node.js, React.js, and modern JavaScript technologies.
- Apply engineering best practices by writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and configuration.
- Perform unit, integration, and UAT support testing to help ensure reliable, high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve defects.
- Create clear documentation, including technical specifications, test cases, and implementation guides.
- Leverage existing tools, reusable assets, and platform frameworks to deliver solutions efficiently.
- Continuously expand knowledge of ZAIDYN platform capabilities, client business processes, and industry trends.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related discipline with a strong academic record.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts, results, and issues to both internal and client teams.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a virtual global team environment and contribute to the successful delivery of multiple projects.
- Hands-on experience through academic projects, internships, or early-career roles in software development, system implementation, full-stack development, or web development
- Working knowledge of one or more programming languages, such as JavaScript, Python, or Java
- Practical experience with modern web technologies, including Node.js and React.js
- Effective use of AI-assisted development tools, such as Kiro or Amazon Q, to improve efficiency and delivery quality
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and system integration concepts
- Familiarity with databases and data structures, including SQL or NoSQL
- Exposure to software development lifecycle processes, including testing and deployment
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, platform capabilities, and business domains.
