What you’ll do & Who you areA 2-year apprenticeship as soon as possible / possibility of a start date from September 2025 to September 2027.
Within the Media Division, you will report to the Media Director and work closely with the Offline Media Buying Manager.
Your main tasks will be as follows:
Reporting & Tracking
- Collect data from platforms
- Validate that data is correctly entered into our tracking tool
- Ensure that the tracking partner has all the elements it needs (spots, media plan)
- Prepare tracking documents
Campaign reports, studies and competitive intelligence
- Prepare reporting template
- Supervise media monitoring (liaise with our media agency: reminders, checking data consistency, etc.).
- Participate in various studies (post-tests, barometers)
Work closely with our Marketing Analyst
- Manage the interface with the Marketing Operations team
- Implement report automation tools
- Monitor project progress
Billing & Incentives
- Ensure invoicing follow-up
- Receive invoices
- Payment follow-up
- Reconciliation/entry of paid invoices with agency invoices
- Monitor the main annual media kpis used to calculate media agency incentives.
