Location & Work Model (Kingston, Canada)
This role is based in Kingston, Canada, with a hybrid work model. You will be expected to work from our Kingston office 3-4 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

When you start, you will:

  • be set up for success through a tailored training program
  • have a dedicated career coach, a seasoned sales leader within the business, who will support, guide and mentor you in your early career and beyond
  • work on projects that have real-time impact and shape our business priorities
  • learn from senior sales leaders with diverse backgrounds
  • be based at our Kingston office with a flexible, hybrid working arrangement (3-4 days per week in office)

When you finish, the pathways are endless. You’ll be a well-rounded sales executive and, as a permanent employee from the beginning, you’ll have choice of roles across the business. People who start in the sales team go on to use their skills to lead global teams, run internal start-ups, manage departments or drive transformation programs.

About You:

We are looking for enthusiastic and collaborative go-getters. You are passionate, positive, energetic and practical.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated capacity and strong willingness to learn and develop
  • Some previous sales experience preferred but not essential

We are accepting applications from aspiring media sales executives with Bachelor’s Degrees and up to 2 years of experience. You should be based in (or willing to relocate to) Kingston, Canada, and able to work in-office 3-4 days per week as part of our hybrid model.
