ABOUT THE POSITION
Junior Media Buyer at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
In this role, you'll be supporting our dynamic advertising team, assisting the Senior Media Buyer in executing and managing campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Twitter. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn about media buying and digital advertising. You will gain hands-on experience in creating, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns, while contributing to our overall marketing goals.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist in the development and execution of media buying strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Twitter
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, helping to gather data and insights
- Work closely with the Senior Media Buyer to understand and meet campaign objectives and targets
- Help in researching audience trends and behaviors to improve campaign targeting
- Collaborate with the creative team to suggest ideas for ad content based on platform-specific requirements
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in social media advertising
- Assist in managing campaign budgets and timelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning and brainstorming sessions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Have a basic understanding of digital advertising and media buying
- Be eager to learn and grow within the field of digital marketing
- Possess good analytical skills to help in evaluating campaign performance
- Have strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Be a team player with good communication skills, capable of working effectively with different departments
- Show initiative and a proactive attitude in taking on new challenges
- Be proficient in the use of basic digital marketing tools and platforms
- Be fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
- Have a very strong performance-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
SALARY: 1400 - 2100 Eur/month GROSS.
