We are looking for a Junior Master Data Analyst P2P, who will ensure accurate and compliant Vendor and Purchasing Master Data in ERP systems to support efficient procure‑to‑pay operations. As the role is part of a transition environment, hands-on experience in transition or migration projects is considered a valuable asset.
This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about driving efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
ResponsibilitiesVendor Master Data
Create, update, and maintain vendor records in ERP systems.
Validate supplier information (tax IDs, banking details, addresses, payment terms) in line with internal and regulatory requirements.
Prevent duplicate or fraudulent vendor accounts through strong data governance.
Ensure vendor data accuracy to avoid invoice mismatches, payment delays, and compliance risks.
Apply standard naming conventions, vendor categorization, and payment term rules.
Conduct periodic data quality checks and support internal controls and audits.
Monitor recurring vendor issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve data‑related queries.
Data Quality & Governance
Perform regular audits to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Apply master data governance rules to maintain standardization and prevent duplicates.
Maintain documentation of processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Relevant professional experience in the Master Data Management field, preferably in P2P / Vendor Master Data
Education degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or equivalent qualification
Transition experience would be an asset
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP or equivalent ERP tools
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience in a Shared Service Center, outsourcing, or similar environment is a strong advantage
