Job Summary
To deliver insurance related operational and administrative support services through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.Job Description
Processing and ControlsEnsure rates are updated in the system by the Robot or manually if required
Check rates have been correctly updated
Create counterparty in FrontArena system as per KYC requirements and keep records
Ensure any requested manual confirmations are prepared and sent to clients
Verify and confirm deals/ trades booked by Global Markets and Treasury team.
Release settlements on the booking system.
Prepare manual swifts messages where applicable.
Match transactions on Intellimatch system for FX transactions
Assist PTS Ops Officer when required in BAU tasks
Perform regulatory reportings
Accounting & Reporting
Provide relevant info to auditors as and when required
Raise manual entries if required
Implement local market policies/sanctions which could impact reporting requirements and ensure these requirements are incorporated in a timely and effective manner
Compile relevant MI and provide to management as and when required
System Maintenance
Assist in maintaining static data up to date in the Risk Management system
Support in data remediation on the system
Participate in automation and testing
Preferred Education
- Holder of a Bachelor degree
Preferred Experience
- At least one year’s Work experience in Treasury Operations /Back Office or two years banking experience
Knowledge and Skills
