Your impact:
- Monitor and analyze advertising activity of key competitors across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- Track trends in health, wellness, fitness, and subscription-based products.
- Maintain an organized database of notable ad examples, campaigns, messaging approaches, and market innovations.
- Create weekly reports summarizing key competitor moves, creative shifts.
- Share clear, actionable insights for User Acquisition and Creative teams — quick takeaways + deep dives when needed.
- Suggest new ideas based on emerging trends, consumer behavior, and market changes.
- Assist with ad hoc research projects based on marketing team priorities.
- Present findings in a visual, digestible format using Miro, FigJam, Slides, or Notion.
- Apply tools like Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, Similarweb, App Annie & other to ensure high-quality research and insights.
About you:
- 1+ years of experience in research (academic, business, or market), ideally within marketing or creative-focused roles.
- Understanding of performance-driven campaigns, creative workflows, and what makes ads effective.
- Experience using ad libraries and market tools for competitor and trend analysis.
- Strong analytical and visual storytelling skills — able to turn creative data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficient in visual tools like Miro, FigJam, and Google Slides to present research and ideas clearly.
