Job Description
Are you a creative and detail-oriented designer with some experience in digital marketing design? Do you want to grow your skills while working alongside top industry professionals?

As a Junior Designer, you’ll be part of a highly skilled Marketing Design team, creating engaging visuals for web, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads. You’ll collaborate with marketers and content creators, contributing to projects that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Creativity and Design
- Designing digital marketing materials (social media graphics, banners, email templates, ads, presentations, etc.)
- Assisting in creating branding materials while maintaining brand consistency
- Supporting the design of website assets and landing pages
Collaboration & Feedback
- Working closely with marketing and content teams to develop visual assets
Project Execution & Workflow Management
- Following project guidelines and meeting deadlines
- Managing multiple design requests while maintaining quality
- Assisting in organizing and maintaining design files and asset libraries
Market & Design Research
- Researching industry trends, competitors, and best practices
- Staying updated on new design tools and techniques
- Bringing fresh ideas to improve marketing materials
Adapting & Learning
- Understanding basic marketing concepts and their impact on design
You are a great fit for this role if you have:
- Up to 2 years of experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital graphics, illustrations, and layouts
- Solid Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator skills, with the ability to adapt to new tools
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides, creating engaging presentations
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality design
- Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with the team
- Openness to feedback, with a growth mindset and willingness to refine designs based on input
- Organization skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- A degree in Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, and are comfortable working on an international team
