Job Description

Mission of the role:

The goal of the position is to ensure both quantitative and qualitative control of marketing data just before its publication, and to create new products in existing databases while adhering to all global quality requirements.

As a Market Data Operations Analyst, you will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Searching for product characteristics information online
  • Categorizing, classifying, and updating information
  • Entering the gathered information into a database or Excel
  • Ensuring quality control of the data
  • Managing monthly data production through internal platforms
  • Ensuring data publication according to client requirements and established deadlines
  • Effectively handling emerging issues and cases
  • Tracking various market trends
  • Working with specialized database processing applications
  • Collaborating with other internal departments and partners

Now that you know what the Market Data Operations Analyst does, the following qualifications are required:

  • University degree in Economics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Management, or another relevant field related to the nature of the work
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of English (B1-B2 level)
  • In-depth knowledge of data processing methods, procedures, and tools, as well as analysis preparation
  • Strong problem-solving, initiative, and analytical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail, maintaining high-quality standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Teamwork skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work towards set goals
  • Full-time work availability
