Job Description
In the Semiconductors area, you focus on the development of semiconductors for the automotive industry and consumer goods. The applications range from power semiconductors for electric vehicles, automotive system ICs and IP modules to MEMS sensors for smartphones, wearables, or drones. Possible areas of application are technology development, circuit design through to architectures or security concepts for system on chip.
In 12-24 months, you transition through various business units, called stations, in Germany as well as abroad. You support in identifying future topics in the development of innovative systems and components of the semiconductor industry. You will work in agile development teams with technically fascinating and sophisticated products and services from the Bosch Group.

Qualifications
- Personality: You already show innovation and ingenuity in the field of power electronics, ASICs, or MEMS sensors. You enjoy promoting topics and inspiring other people to do so. You consider courage, openness, tolerance, and mindfulness to be desirable attitudes.
- Background: You have completed your technical master's degree or diploma in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, chemistry, natural sciences or similar with outstanding results and you may already have a PhD and some professional experience in the development of semiconductors, e.g., in circuit design.
- Experience and know-how: You have at least three months of international experience and have gained practical experience through demanding industrial internships. You have a very good command of the English language and have some knowledge of German.
