Job Description
As a Business Intelligence and Analytics JMP, you will support our specialist departments in making decisions on current topics and in analyzing and identifying potential improvements to manage business processes.
Over the course of 12-24 months, you will work in predominantly commercial positions in Germany and abroad and open up new perspectives for the specialist departments on complex issues - such as determining market trends and forecasts - by contributing statistically sound, model-based deep-dive analyses. In order to manage operational processes in a data-driven and more efficient way, you will work with the specialist departments to develop customized micro-solutions based on the latest machine learning solutions.

Qualifications
- Personality: You are passionate about driving forward the digitalization of our business and product areas. You see yourself as an entrepreneur and enjoy turning large amounts of data into valuable insights. You enjoy inspiring other people. You consider courage, openness, tolerance and mindfulness to be attitudes worth striving for.
- Background: You have completed your master's or diploma degree in business administration, economics, mathematics/statistics, (business) informatics or a comparable degree with above-average grades. You may already have an MBA, PhD or some professional experience.
- Experience and know-how: You have international experience of at least three months and practical experience through relevant internships in the application of data analytics, data science or data mining as well as machine learning methods. You are proficient in handling large amounts of data using various tools - all programming languages are welcome, especially R, Python, SQL and Java or Javascript. You have a very good command of English and a good command of German.
