Here are some things we’re looking for in a Junior Manager Accountancy:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Economics
- 4-5 years of proven accounting experience with client management skills
- ITAA certification is a plus (we’ll support your journey)
- Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent communication skills; French is a plus
- Proactive, pragmatic team player with leadership potential
- Autonomous yet collaborative approach, managing complex projects while supporting colleagues
